Northamptonshire Recruitment Agency Built On One Simple Belief: hiring done properly

I was referred to Impact Recruitment through a friend that was working with them - hands down the best agency I've ever worked with! Ben managed to find me work within days of the first time we spoke. Ben, Will, Richard, Jed and Gary were all very friendly and understanding. I couldn’t thank Impact enough. I would definitely recommend them and their staff to anyone looking for work.

I've never had any issues with Impact Recruitment. Payment is always on time, Brad is always reliable, approachable and quick to respond to any questions. Good opportunities for work are found fast and he makes an effort to check in and make sure I am happy in my role.

I work with Ben who manages the agency workers in my department. Ben is always available whenever needed and responds promptly to any queries or issues. His professional approach and strong problem-solving skills make a real difference. He is highly solution-oriented, ensuring that any challenges are handled efficiently and effectively. It is clear that he is committed to delivering a high standard of service and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. I truly appreciate his dedication, reliability, and proactive attitude.

Magnus at Impact Recruitment literally sorted my life out after I was made redundant just before Christmas. He contacted me regarding a role that was Temp to Perm, was knowledgeable about the company and people, and explained why he thought I'd be a good fit. I was in for an interview the next day and offered the role there and then. Within a week I was offered the job on a permanent basis and I'm so happy that I now see my redundancy as a blessing!
